Guidelines for the Open Education System



ARTICLE XVI

It has given the power to the council to run the open education system and frame the rules and regulations and prescribe the instructional material for the students.

The Council has adopted the open education system in order to reduce the suicide attempts of the students while declaring of the results and council has a clear system in the open education system that none of the student shall be failed, shall be promoted to the next class while making the conditions of the re-appearing system.
